camp5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the camp5 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the camp5 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use camp5's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and camp5 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The camp5 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required under the laws of your place of residence to participate in online betting activities.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. camp5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the camp5 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Always log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a camp5 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage camp5's systems and infrastructure.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that violates their associated terms.
Camp5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of being in breach of its rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds, suspending or closing accounts, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the camp5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported e-wallets. The full list of available payment methods is updated from time to time on your account's deposit page.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method and is subject to change without prior notice. Deposited funds are generally processed instantly to within a few hours, depending on the method used. camp5 is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the camp5 account holder. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Any charges or fees imposed by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility.
Camp5 reserves the right to withhold any payment where there is suspected fraud, a terms violation, or an ongoing investigation relating to the account in question.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Camp5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties that the service will operate without interruption. We will make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, but cannot guarantee this absolutely.
Account Suspension & Closure
Camp5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact camp5 customer support. Any remaining funds in the account will be processed for return once all compliance requirements have been met.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the camp5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of camp5 or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or republication without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The camp5 platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Camp5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
